We carefully review customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements, and take responsibility for the manufacturing process from machining method planning through production, quality inspection, and shipment.
By clearly identifying our capabilities and any technical challenges in advance, we work with customers through open and practical communication to develop manufacturing solutions that support consistent quality and delivery requirements.
1. Understand Requirements and Manufacture to Specification
We carefully review customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements before starting production. Machining and manufacturing are performed according to the approved requirements.
Key factors such as material, tolerances, surface treatment, and inspection criteria are confirmed in advance. If any requirement is unclear or a change may be necessary, we do not make assumptions independently. Instead, we explain the issue and discuss it with the customer before proceeding.
By respecting the customer’s design intent and agreed specifications, we work to produce parts with consistent quality.
2. Make Decisions Based on Technical and Production Capabilities
Before accepting an order, we review the available equipment, machining technology, inspection capabilities, and production capacity to determine whether the project can be supported appropriately.
For challenging part geometries, tolerances, materials, or delivery requirements, we identify potential technical issues in advance and review the appropriate machining, process, and inspection methods.
If a requirement cannot be supported as specified, we explain the reasons clearly and discuss feasible alternatives or other approaches that may help meet the project objectives.
3. Respond to Quality Issues Promptly and Responsibly
When a quality issue occurs, we first review the relevant facts and identify the underlying cause. Depending on the situation, appropriate actions may include rework, sorting, replacement, or process correction.
Our response does not stop at resolving the immediate issue. We also conduct cause analysis and work to prevent recurrence by incorporating inspection records and quality information into process improvement activities.
We prioritize timely reporting and information sharing with customers, maintaining clear and transparent communication when quality issues arise.
4. Continuously Improve Technology and Quality
We continuously review our machining equipment, inspection equipment, work methods, and process controls to improve machining consistency, manufacturing repeatability, and production efficiency.
From prototyping and low-volume production to volume manufacturing, we develop management methods suited to each stage of production and work to support a stable supply of components.
